Citi-Con should process personal information for legitimate business purposes and in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Purpose limitation

Information received through calls or emails should be used only for relevant enquiries, quotations, supplier/client administration, project delivery, legal obligations and related business functions.

Data minimisation

Prospective clients should initially provide only the information needed to understand and route the project. Sensitive building-security information should be shared only through an agreed secure process.

Access and correction

Data subjects may request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
