The project in brief.
A 3,900 m² roof overhaul completed in six weeks, with the repaired roof prepared to receive photovoltaic solar panels. The published scope also included expansion-joint repair, re-insulation, new boards, waterproofing and 800 m² of protective coating to one side of the building.
